Ordering & Customer Service Hours:
Online orders may be submitted 24 hours a day.
Our Bastyr Natural Medicine Shop staff will process herb orders at our Seattle Clinic and are available by phone Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by calling (206) 834-4100 then dial extension 4114.
Please review your order carefully for accuracy before submitting. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once sent. However, if you do need assistance with an online order once completed, please call as soon as possible during our customer service phone hours and we may be able to assist if the order has not yet been processed.
Herbal tinctures and glycerites are only available for purchase in-store. Any tincture or glycerite items ordered online will be removed from your order. Please call us at calling (206) 834-4100 then dial extension 4114 if you would like more information about our liquid herbal extracts.
Shipping Information:
We ship anywhere in the United States using USPS and will process orders in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday), unless an item is unavailable. If unavailable, we will contact you for changes to the order as needed. If we cannot reach you within 2 business days, we will remove the unavailable item from your order. Please ensure we can reach you at the contact information provided.
Please note the Bastyr Natural Medicine Shop is closed for business and not processing orders on the following holidays in 2023:
