Return Policy

Contact Fullscript directly at (866) 807-3828 or by email at support@fullscript.com for return requests on any supplements or wellness products purchased online through the Fullscript online store (https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/bastyr-signup).

Herbs, Teas, and Powders:

Please contact the Bastyr Natural Medicine Shop at (206) 834-4100, extension 4114, immediately upon receipt of your shipment if there is some notable quality issue or error with your herbal products and you would like to request a return or amendment. Return or amendment requests must be made within 15 days from the delivery date of your shipment. Any request after 15 days from delivery will not be honored. 

Order shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer reimbursement for any shipping costs associated with returning products unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and only if there is some notable quality issue or error on our part. Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund back to the original payment form used for purchase. Refunds will be processed once ingredients are received, inspected, and confirmed as eligible for return.

Please note that with natural products, variations in color, size, and taste of herbs is normal.

Due to all herbs being pesticide-free and undergoing quarantine and screening processes, the Bastyr Natural Medicine Shop will offer a full refund for any herb in its original form found to contain insects within a 30-day period from delivery date of your order. Any herbs found to contain insects after these 30 days, or any herbs found to contain insects that have been blended with other ingredients will become the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred due to infestation of organic plant material.

Please do not mail us products before speaking on the phone with a Bastyr Natural Medicine Shop staff first to determine the issue and confirming qualification of the return process. We will only accept returns if there is a notable quality issue or error on our part. We are unable to issue a refund for non-qualified ingredients and cannot reship items back to you.
